This community project brings together dancers and Tua-Tiu-Tiann residents, who have been invited to participate in a series of dance theater workshops. In this cooperative venture, the residents and dancers work together to produce a performance piece. The dancers will choreograph a performance piece based on interactions and consultation with the residents, who share stories about daily life in Tua-Tiu-Tiann. The goal of this project is to create a better understanding of the community today, and allow the residents an opportunity to express themselves and tell their own stories through a live performance.
